As if standing in long lines at the airport and paying additional fees for carry-on bags wasn’t already frustrating, airlines have now quietly changed their carry-on regulations.
Effective immediately, passengers on American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines can only carry-on items that are 22 inches long, 14 inches wide, and 9 inches high. JetBlue, Southwest, and others still permit carry-ons up to 24 inches long, 16 inches wide, and 10 inches high.
If you’re planning a trip and need to find a new carry-on fast, don’t worry. We’ve rounded up six bags that can work as carry-ons, as well as great weekend and overnight bags.
