Have you made plans for summer travel?

New research from Bank of America reveals that while Americans aren’t scrapping their summer travel plans — three quarters of us are still planning a trip this summer and only 10% said higher gas prices have forced them to cancel their trips.

However, one in five travelers say they will cut their food and accommodation budgets this summer, change their destinations, and even change the mode of transportation.

The bottom line is we’re still traveling — we won’t be denied — but we will spend less time, less money, and stay closer to home.
