Is your passport about to expire, or have you run out of pages to hold those passport entry stamps?

You need to act quickly.

Some countries require at least three months of passport validity or they won’t let you in.

That includes many European countries — Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Italy, and most of the European Union.

There are other countries less forgiving and demand six months of passport validity. That includes China, Indonesia, Israel, Singapore, Thailand, and many others.

And if you’ve run out of pages, even if your U.S. passport has a number of years of validity left, you are now required to get a new passport.
