In the wake of COVID-19, those passenger complaints have mounted, especially among foreign airlines.
According to the most recent data supplied by the U.S. Department of Transportation, TAP Air Portugal has the most consumer complaints.
The airlines with the lowest complaints include Royal Jordanian, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, EVA Air, La Compagnie and Lufthansa.
Not surprisingly, the main reason listed for the majority of complaints for these airlines, including TAP, are refund complaints.
