According to SKYTRAX’s 2018 passenger survey, the honors go to Asian airlines–Japan’s ANA, Taiwan’s EVA Air, South Korea’s Asiana Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Japan Airlines rounded out the top five.

Not a single American carrier managed to crack the top 30. Air Canada was the cleanest North American airline.

The survey judged the airlines by the appearance of seat areas, tables, carpets and bathrooms.
