US State Department Changes Travel Warning System
The U.S. State Department recently changed how it issues warnings to U.S. citizens about international travel. The agency used to release advisories, warnings, or bulletins about specific nations. The system has changed so that each country now has an advisory and is then rated on a four-point threat scale.
