The Star-Spangled Sailabration, June 13-19 (during the week of Flag Day) in Baltimore, Maryland is gearing up for the Bicentennial of the War of 1812, kicking off the festivities with a weeklong event launching a 3-year commemoration. The festival will be an international parade of tall ships and gray hulls, free entertainment including on-board public tours of ships, a Blue Angels air show, patriotic fireworks, memorial ceremonies and much more.

7. Visit the Nation’s Largest Pinball Museum, just opened in January 2012, in Baltimore, Maryland. The Museum holds a collection of more than 800 machines with several rooms devoted to the history of pinball machines, which can trace their lineage back to 18th-century France.

8. Outside Moab, Utah, visitors can find more than 500 real dinosaur tracks and fossils along the Mill Canyon Dinosaur Trail.

10. The world’s longest water coaster appropriately named, Mammoth, opens May 11, 2012 at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in Santa Claus, Indiana. The coaster towers seven stories from highest to lowest point and covers more than a 1/3-mile. If you bring an empty can of Pepsi to any one of the admissions booths you will receive a discount on your ticket. Everyone who visits the park receives free soft drinks, sunscreen, use of inner tubes and free parking.
