Fresh mintMint Julep

3 ounces of bourbon
4-6 mint springs
Graduated sugar

Put mint, sugar and crushed ice at the bottom of the glass and muddle them. Let the mixture stand.

Add bourbon and well mix. Top with more crushed ice.

If bourbon is not your favorite spirit, try the Kremlin Colonel made with vodka instead of bourbon.
