4. Monitor Water Quality in Florida
In St. Augustine, join other volunteers at the Anastasia State Park in monitoring water quality. Enjoy geocaching while cleaning up some hiking trails. The park welcomes volunteers of all ages and even has some group volunteer opportunities. As special compensation, the park offers free admission to the park for volunteers and their families after volunteering 100 hours.
