HIDDEN HONG KONG: Fishing Off Cheung Chau Island

Cheung Chau is one of the last old fishing villages of Hong Kong, looking much the same as it did 100 years ago. We’ll take you on board a working, local boat, and then head with our catch to Central in Hong Kong, and to a dai pai dong, and its open air, big open flame, kerosene-fired kitchen, where one of the last remaining street chef masters goes way beyond normal stir fry.
