The AccuWeather app provides a reliable flight weather forecast for both your departing and destination airports. FlightAware, Flightradar24, Flighty, and FlightStats all allow travelers to track flights by following the aircraft assigned to their flight number. 

Travelers can also type their flight number directly into Google to receive the latest updates. 

These tools also offer historical information, including how often a given flight has been delayed or cancelled over the past month or year. They are especially valuable for knowing whether a flight is leaving on time, or leaving at all.
