One airline, Flair Airlines in Canada, now offers a punctuality guarantee: if your flight is delayed over 60 minutes from the published arrival time or canceled within 72 hours of departure, they’ll give you $60 Canadian. 

Another airline with a guarantee is Delta, which promises your luggage will arrive within 20 minutes of landing. 

If they miss the mark, they’ll deposit 2,500 miles into your frequent flyer account.
