It’s the second largest city in Canada, with a French flair, and has been honored as a UNESCO City of Design for its incredible architecture, not to mention a rich sports history and a world class gastronomic experience. As a New Yorker, I must admit that it also has some of the best bagels in the world. And believe it or not, it’s also my choice of where to go in the offseason, especially in the winter!
