It might seem like an oxymoron, but there are friendly airports. 

The latest results are in. After researchers studied reviews on Google and Yelp of the 50 busiest U.S. airports, Oregon’s Portland International Airport took the top honor on the friendliness scale, followed by the airport in Indianapolis, where reviewers noted low complaint numbers filed against TSA officers.

And at the bottom of the friendly airport list, it’s Miami International. 

Who came in dead last? That would be Newark.

Reviewers made a point of mentioning both rude airport staff and TSA officers.
