New Routes for Low Fare Carriers

Many airfares are rising, and some are going up substantially.

But in the US, there’s some good news.

Low fare carriers are announcing many new routes, along with very low introductory airfares.

Philadelphia to Pittsburgh, airfare that once averaged about $300, is now being sold for as low as $78 by Frontier.

This June, Allegiant is starting flights between McAllen, Texas and St Petersburg, Florida with one way fares as low as $45.

Also this summer, Breeze inaugurates flights between Madison, Wisconsin and San Francisco.

And Avelo will be flying from Sonoma County in California with four new flights with fares starting at $62.

In most cases, these are not daily flights, but if you can be flexible, the savings are substantial.
