Many of you want to insure the financial investment you might have on your next flight against delays, cancellations, your own sickness or injury, or even pandemic.
And given this year’s record of global warming and warm weather extremes, there’s now even travel insurance that offers protection against extreme heat on your next trip.
One company called Sensible Weather now covers travelers for extreme rainfall and will soon offer a policy that provides trip protection against extreme temperatures.
Of course, as with any insurance policy, be sure to read the policy language carefully, but it’s certainly a reflection of global warming and rising water levels.
