What’s the quality of life where you live or where you want to travel?

The most recent Global Liveability Index for 2023 was just released, which analyzed dozens of cities and ranked them by factors including social stability, healthcare, and education.

For the second year in a row, Vienna took the top spot with a great education system, abundance of culture and a well-designed infrastructure.

Three Canadian cities made the list — Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto.

The highest ranking US city was Honolulu at number 25.

Los Angeles came in at a disappointing number 57 and the least liveable city is Damascus in Syria, which earned that dubious distinction for the second year in a row.
