The data is now in from the U.S. Department of Transportation on the highest percentage of on-time arrivals from airlines.

And the airlines with the highest percentage of on-time arrivals — Endeavor Air, a regional subsidiary of Delta, topped the list with an 83.8% on-time arrival rate.

Its parent company, Delta Air Lines, came in second at 83.4%, and Hawaiian was third with an 82.8% on-time success rate.

At the other end of the spectrum, flights on Allegiant Air arrived on time at a rate of only 64%, along with JetBlue at 66.7% and Frontier at 70.1%.

That’s why you need to build in additional time if you’re making connections.

Always make sure to give yourself at least 90 minutes between flights.
