Hit TV Show Locations That You May Want to Visit

Mystic Grill in Covington, Georgia

People have been watching more television than ever in the last year, but they may not notice that several hit shows film in the same places outside of New York or Los Angeles and that they can visit some of the locations.

“Dawson’s Creek” and “One Tree Hill”, hit dramas of the early 2000s, were both shot in Wilmington, North Carolina, and several of the facades of buildings and key locations can still be seen by fans.

Covington, Georgia, located 35 miles outside of Atlanta, was the filming location of “The Vampire Diaries” and is the location of the current Netflix hit, “Sweet Magnolias.” Check out Mystic Grill which appeared in both shows.

Out west, Albuquerque, New Mexico, served as the set for “Breaking Bad” and its spinoff “Better Call Saul” where visitors can see sites including Walt’s home, the buried bus meth lab, and Java Joe’s.
