The Essentials
Snacks on Planes During COVID-19 Pandemic
We all know that spending time at 30,000 feet in the air has an impact on your body.
Drinking lots of water and eating healthy fats and protein rich foods are tried and true ways to avoid the “plane stomach” and staying comfortable on planes.
However, in the age of COVID-19, snacking while flying is beginning to look a lot different.
Airlines are offering limited in-flight service. And there’s a new definition of fast food.
Since you’re only allowed to take off your mask to eat, bring something you can eat quickly or risk violating the rules.
My suggestions are power bars and dried fruit because they are easy and leave no mess.
And fill up your water bottle before boarding and after security. I also suggest bringing your own reusable straw.
Remember that you never picked flights for the onboard food before, so why start now?
