Hawaii reopened to the rest of America on October 15th. But confusion still reigns with where and how you can go, especially to the neighbor islands, and what kinds of tests may be required once you get to the Aloha state. There’s still no financial relief for America’s airlines as legislation seems stalled in Congress. More hotels are defaulting, and a number of countries and cities around the world that had opened are now shutting down again as COVID-19 cases spike. So, is there any good news?
