Take a deep breath.

According to the most recent report that measured air quality levels in 3,000 cities around the world, perhaps the most disturbing finding was the list of the 100 most polluted cities in the world.

Making the top 100 was a surprise: Kathmandu, Nepal.

At 93, it’s Dubai.

But even more concerning is that 22 of those top 100 most polluted cities are in India.

At the top of that list, there’s Gurugram, a suburb of New Delhi.

And most of the rest of the cities on this list are in China.

So breathe accordingly the next time you travel.
