Airlines Test New Methods for Faster Boarding
The art, or science, or finesse of boarding a plane: Does any airline get it right? Does your airline board a flight from the front to the back, or vice versa? Does it start from the outside window seats first, then work toward the aisle? Or is it by boarding groups? (Some airlines have as many as eight.)
Delta Air Lines is now trying a new service designed to cut down on boarding/flight delays—and it all has to do with pre-boarding your carry-on bags…at the gate! Then, there’s the wheelchair scam. Watch Peter Greenberg’s special report on CBS This Morning to learn more.
