When it comes to Peter’s favorite places, he never looks at a place as somewhere to “visit.” Instead, he imagines places he would like to live. Then, there’s one more critical hurdle: is it also a place where Peter sleeps the best? If THAT answer is yes, then, and only then does it go on an extremely small list.

Ireland is one of those places that makes the cut — especially in the south of the country. The air is crisp, clean, invigorating and intoxicating at the same time. It’s got all the important and essential ingredients that make Ireland one of Peter’s favorites.

This week, Peter ventured to the Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore, county Waterford, right on the water of Ardmore Bay and the Celtic Sea.
