Radio Guest List–The Peninsula Paris–November 1, 2014

Locations in this article:  Paris, France

peninsula paris 3One thing many travelers love about Paris is its architecture, and the Peninsula Paris is no exception. This historic building was once a hospital and acted as  headquarters for the gestapo.

The Peninsula Paris recently opened, and the lobby’s art installation adds a modern touch to its classic exterior. This hotel also makes seeing Paris on foot convenient, since it is located near the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, and the Arc de Triomphe.

On this week’s radio show, Peter Greenberg will interview Alexandra Marshall of Travel & Leisure, who will share some of her favorite spots in Paris–including the best Chinese restaurant in the city. Isabelle Garnerone, Founder and Editor of Edgar, gives us a hint about exploring the city like a true Parisian. And Nicolas Beliard, general manager of the Peninsula Paris, tells us about the building renovations that took place before the hotel opened in August, 2014.
