Signature Dishes: Wines of Mexico

Every Saturday, Peter shares one of his signature dishes. This week, we’re switching it up and sharing a signature drink. Mexico might be the birthplace of tequila,  but it’s also the oldest wine culture in the Americas. And Mexico’s wine-producing region, the Valle de Guadalupe, has more than two dozen wineries spanning 133 square miles.

Peter recently traveled to Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico  to sample some of the best wines Mexico has to offer. One of the little-known secrets of these wines is that they are actually shipped to France — wine capital of the world.  Check out the wide variety of wines — and wide variety of prices.
