Where can you fly without needing to get a visa?
If you’re going to the United Kingdom, you will now need one — an Electronic Travel Authorization, or ETA, and you must apply online at least three days before you get your tickets.
If you don’t have one, you can’t board the flight.
But for the rest of Europe, what was supposed to be an ETA earlier this year has once again been postponed to 2026 at the earliest.
So if you’re going to any of the European Union countries, you won’t need a visa.
And while Turkey and other countries no longer require a paid visa, Brazil just reinstated a required and paid visa for U.S. citizens.
Egypt, Indonesia, and the Maldives make it easier — you can get your visa on arrival at their airports.
