Summer is almost upon us, and 2025 may be the year of the mega water slides around the world.

If you’re a thrill-seeker, then check out Vertigo — the world’s tallest — a 250-foot drop water slide in Qatar.

The longest tube slide — more than a half mile — is in Penang, Malaysia.

There’s an unusual and only rotating waterslide in Wisconsin Dells, and a truly intense water slide in Fortaleza, Brazil called — appropriately — Insano — that puts you in near free fall at nearly 65 mph from 14 stories up.

Finally, in Sicily there’s The Toboggan, which is a four-tier water slide that drops you into the Mediterranean.
