Lillian writes, “The Aqueduct is an amazing work of architecture by the Romans. While visiting different cities of Spain, this structure really left me in awe. I took several different photos to try and get a good angle. Amazingly, we learned that even though it was built in the first century, it still transported water to the city ( from 17 miles away ) until 1973. Even more surprising is that the bricks are unmortered and still holding! Segovia is a super city to visit and it has great churros, to boot.”
