If Valentine’s Day is the time when so many folks propose marriage, the problem this year is that big weddings aren’t happening in the middle of a pandemic.

In fact, last year, thousands of engaged couples put their plans on hold. But if you can no longer wait to tie the knot, a number of U.S. hotels are now offering “elopement packages”.

Based on local COVID-19 rules, and responsible social distancing, these micro weddings can host up to 35 guests.

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is offering a package worth $6,500 for up to 35 guests.

Hyatt Carmel Highlands in California is offering a weekday wedding package worth $1,500 for up to 20 guests.

If the logistics still seem challenging, you can always just forget the elopement package, and simply…elope.
