Eye on Travel

Eye on Travel–Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio–April 6, 2019

This week, Eye on Travel comes from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame  in Cleveland, Ohio. First up, Arnie Weissmann, Editor-in-Chief of Travel Weekly, with an update on the continuing investigation into the Boeing 737 Max. And Matthew Upchurch, CEO of Virtuoso, brings up the conversation he thinks we should be having about the Boeing 737 Max–including the unanswered question: will people make the choice to fly on it again when it comes back? And then, Greg Harris, President and CEO of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, shares his stories about the history of the famed establishment (with some surprising exhibits and performances). And the stories behind the stories — ranging from the Velvet Underground to Prince, from Bon Jovi to the Beach Boys, and the groups and solo artists who’ve been inducted, and some surprises: the folks who haven’t been enshrined. There’s all this and more as Eye on Travel broadcasts from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio.
