Here’s mine — his name is Don Arnoni, and you can find him at LaGuardia Airport, where he holds a distinct record at United — he’s worked there for nearly 56 years!

He’s the longest working customer service agent at the airline — or perhaps ANY airline.

In the world of service, the true winners aren’t determined when things go well, but how well they recover when things fall apart. Arnoni has been working his special magic and solving passenger problems ever since he was 20.

In the stressful world of airline travel, where most of us often think a great trip is when we get to mitigate the abuse, it’s refreshing that every once in a while we get lucky enough to meet folks like Don.
