boulder3This week’s broadcast of the Peter Greenberg Worldwide Radio Show comes from Boulder, Colorado, home to the second annual Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF). The city, maybe best known for housing the University of Colorado Boulder, is host to festivals year round that promote free thought and conversations. This week, Peter Greenberg talks to Hugo Martin about the rise of bus transit and the decline of air routes to less populous locations. Then Jessie Friedman, MA LPC CPCC/Director of Jaipur Literature Festival Boulder, joins us to explain the significance of the festival and how it brings the top thinkers from around to world to talk about important topics such as gun safety and Native American issues. Also joining us is Janice Wald Henderson,  NATJA Award-Winning Cruise Journalist and Culinary Travel Expert, to talk about the explosion of American River cruising and how the cruise lines are becoming a “drive to” destination.
