Sandi Woodward, Program Manager of Indiana Landmarks, shares some of the biggest surprises about the resort since the 2007 renovation as well as her opinions on the hotel’s supposed haunting. Mike Boyd, Aviation Analyst and Founder of the Boyd Group, discusses the issue of customer service on airlines, or lack thereof. When the airlines have an issue, the customer is supposed to just accept it, but airlines don’t show the same courtesy toward travelers.

George Ridgway, architect on the recent restoration of the French Lick Resort and West Baden Springs Hotel, shares the history of the original architecture and shares details about what was restored. He also shares the size and significance of the West Baden domed atrium.

Jerry Fuhs, owner of the water park complex Wilstem Ranch and Elephant Retreat, talks about French Lick’s entertainment history including the circus.
