As a part of Hyatt’s new ventures into the realm of all-inclusive resorts, this location offers eight different restaurants, beach activities, and some amenities it claims have never been featured at another all-inclusive. One of those standout features is the on-site brewery. Joining us to talk about the brewery, the brewing process, and sourcing products in Mexico is the Hyatt Ziva Cancun’s Juan José García. Then we are joined by The Wall Street Journal Travel Editor Scott McCartney, who reiterates choosing freedom over fear and visiting cities post-terrorist attacks.

There are over 1,500 types of tequila in Mexico and the hotel itself will have 140 different options for guests to choose. He wants to help each guest find the right tequila for them, because like wine, all tequilas have different flavors.

Angel Ibarra, Hyatt Ziva Cancun Executive Chef, talks about the eight different restaurants on property and how he wants the destination to be a culinary experience.

Rudy Garcia, USA Today International Journalist, expounds on the changes in Cancun over the past 15 years and how the private sector was the driving force behind rebuilding after the last major hurricane.

Scott McCartney, Travel Editor for the The Wall Street Journal, explains why traveling to a destination after a terrorist attack is one of the most important displays of support.
