Briggs & Riley Contest: Tell Us About A Travel Service Industry Hero

Sympatico spinner

When you travel, sometimes things can can go very wrong. A perfect storm, a nightmare scenario, a travel disaster. But in the travel industry, it’s not just the delivery of services, but how the hotels, airlines, cruise lines, rental car companies, and tour operators recover when things go wrong that really makes the difference.

The question: have you ever had someone in the travel service industry who saved the day? Who was your real travel hero? We want to hear your story.

So send us your tale of despair and salvation, of disaster and redemption. We’ll pick the top three stories. We’ll not only publish them, but three winners will be rewarded with Briggs & Riley luggage.
