Daily Deal: Spring Means Maple Sugar in Vermont

Woodstock Inn (2)It’s nearly spring, which means it’s the season for maple sugar in Vermont AND shoulder-season discounts. Woodstock Inn & Resort is offering a Sugar Season Escape that’s ideal for couples, families, and girlfriend getaways.

The Sugar Season Escape package starts at $169 a night midweek and $199 a night on weekends. That includes overnight accommodations and a country breakfast for two. The Sugar Season “Extra Sweet” package starts at $239 a night midweek and $269 on weekends, and comes with a $100 spa credit.

The resort is home to a 41,000-square-foot Racquet & Fitness Club, a 10,000 square-foot LEED-designed spa and, opening May 1, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course. Visitors can get into the maple sugaring season with a visit to nearby Sugarbush Farms or head to Woodstock the weekend of March 22-23, 2014, where locals celebrate all things maple.

These deals run from March 9 through May 22, 2014. Blackout dates will apply. Breakfast inclusion cannot be applied to Easter and Mother’s Day Brunches. Rates do not include applicable room and meals tax and the $20 per day resort fee (also subject to room tax).
