When you walk into the Soho Grand Hotel in New York City, you might as well be stepping right into the Prohibition era. Rooms are clad with Art Deco wallpaper and tin portraits of the roaring ’20s greatest.
Their famous farm-to-table restaurant got a little more fun when its new neighbor, the Grand American Whiskey Bar moved in. One of the first in its class, the bar offers 50 trendy new labels, many of which are not found anywhere else in the city. Peter sat down with the mixologist and executive chef to hear about all the latest, from a new rooftop farm to Brooklyn-brewed moonshine.
