Say What? Meet the Travel Psychic Linda Lauren

Locations in this article:  Charlotte, NC

PG: But what about travel stress? There are 47 different points of abuse that await from the time you want to go somewhere to when you get back home after the luggage carousel beat you up five days later. I don’t even know if that has anything to do with planets or alignment.

LL: I understand that, I will say in one respect it does. When the planet Mercury, when they say it goes in retrograde, it does affect computer equipment. Mercury is the planet’s communication. Mercury will affect people speaking, talking, buying. Yes, it’s a time to really not do big things. Not purchase big things.

In terms of immediate stress, I have one answer for that and I’m going to say it again, it meditation. Meditation is a way to actually a way to grasp what is actually going on so you can make a decision. You relax into yourself. You hear yourself think.

PG: So are you saying to me I should get out to the airport and say, “I am at one with the canceled flight”

LL: When we don’t take the time to meditate that interferes with our travel. How we experience our travel. How you experience a delay.  When you meditation you are resolving with reason what you are experiencing. When you don’t meditation, you are acting with emotion and that is what makes a terrible trip.

PG: You know that’s interesting because I used to have the reverse reacting. Every time I would go to the Charlotte Airport, where they  have the cute little rocking chairs at the airport. Every time I looked at those rocking chairs,  I get angry because the rocking chairs were sending me a message that you’re gonna be here for a while and right? But now what you’re telling me is that if I get there and the flights delayed, that rocking is perfect for me to sit there and meditate.

LL: Absolutely, take advantage. Sit there. Relax just breathe. The way that I look at that, is you are going with the flow but you directing the current. That baby crying, that person sitting next to me that I didn’t want to sit next to.  It becomes insignificant because you become more important than the trivial things that were interfering with your travel.
