Peter Greenberg Worldwide–BA Flight 1–February 2, 2013

Locations in this article:  London, England

Many of you know Peter is a big fan of secret flights and alternate airports. This week, Peter Greenberg Worldwide handled both, broadcasting from British Airways Flight 001 (the old flight number of the Concorde) between London City Airport and New York’s JFK.

For Peter, this is a dream flight for so many reasons, not the least of which is that it leaves from uncrowded LCY, clears U.S. customs in Shannon, Ireland and has passengers arrive at JFK essentially as a domestic arrival. No lines, no long waits. Plus, it’s aboard an Airbus 318, a specially designed all-business class aircraft with only 32 seats.

Listen to Peter’s radio show broadcast from 30,000 feet in the air for the latest in airline news, how to maximize your frequent-flier miles and where to go in Europe. See the complete guest list and stream the complete show below.
