As elusive as the Loch Ness Monster as legendary as Bigfoot, Peter Greenberg seems to appear only long enough leave photographic proof of his existence.

Clues:

• Across the street from the building Peter is in you can find statues of sports legends such as Wayne Gretzky, Chick Hearn and Oscar De La Hoya.
• Peter is not just in any building, in fact, he is inside the year old, 54-story luxury hotel that is the focal point of this developing area. The hotel itself is a unique hybrid, housing two of the world’s more recognizable luxury chains.
• The room in this picture is just one of the building’s six meeting spaces, and it covers 100,000 square feet.
• As if the building wasn’t big enough already, there is an 8,000 square foot LED video screen attached to the side of Peter’s mystery spot. Measuring 160 feet tall and 50 feet wide, it is one of the largest of its kind in the country.
• Peter hosted a star-studded premier here last month with a foreign head-of-state.

Extra Credit:

• Peter’s friend here is a former star high school and collegiate tennis player out of Joliet, Illinois. After standing out on the tennis courts in high school, he received a scholarship to play for Tuskegee University, where he earned his degree in economics.
