Nighttime Tours & Tours at Unusual Times

Locations in this article:  New York City, NY Paris, France

We’re big proponents of seeing major sites and monuments at sunrise, before everyone else. But not everyone is an early riser. The good news is, there are sightseeing tours designed especially for folks like you.

Want to see some of Manhattan’s sites without dealing with summer heat?

Hop aboard Gray Line’s night tour of New York City.

For about $90, you get a bus tour of Manhattan, dinner in Little Italy, a cruise to see the Statue of Liberty, and admission to Top of the Rock Observation Deck.

All of it takes place at night, which some say is the best time to experience the city that never sleeps.

For those of you who can’t handle getting up at the crack of dawn, Executive Tours International is offering Crack of Noon Tours to Italy and France.

According to them, they don’t start the day until the “civilized hour of noon.”

Besides traditional sightseeing, they also spend time eating and drinking.

So …. they figure you need the morning to recover.

And if you really want to experience the nightlife like a local, check out the very cool Paris Roller tours in Paris.

Every Friday night, they offer roller skating tours throughout Paris.

The route changes every week, so you get to explore a different part of the city from a whole new perspective!
