2. Ice Dancing
Dancing on ice has been a competitive Olympic winter sport since 1976. It may seem similar to figure ice-skating; the only difference is the style. Dancing on ice is based on ballroom dance, so don’t expect a lot of leaping and jumping. If you have a background in dance and can ice skate, this sport can be easy to learn. Skating clubs throughout the U.S. offer ice dancing classes or camps. Click here to find your local club.
