Author Olivia Stiffler shares her love of the island through her poetry. Then there’s a real local: a talk with Chef David Young about his favorite South Carolina recipes, along with his signature homemade corn bread.

Also joining us is lifelong Hilton Head Resident Emory Campbell, chair Emeritus of the Penn Center-and principal of Gullah Heritage. He shares the history of the Gullah people who have preserved more of their African linguistic and cultural heritage than any other black community in the U.S.
