Glace’s founder, Christopher Elbow, is a pastry chef and chocolatier with an impressive history of cooking in Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Paris.
Because quality is so important to the integrity of the ice cream, Elbow prides himself on using all natural flavorings and hormone-free milk produced at nearby farms.
The ice cream menu boasts more than 25 flavors, including Maple Bacon, Chocolate Bourbon Cherry, Pineapple-Cilantro Sorbet, French Lavender, and even Goat Cheese & Wildflower Honey.
You’ll also find flavors like Cream Cheese, Lemon Curd, and Salted Pretzel.
In addition to the regular flavors, new flavors are added each week.
Elbow currently runs both of his locations on both sides of the river, in Kansas City, Missouri and Leawood, Kansas.
