Locations in this article:  Las Vegas, NV

NobuHotel

What do you do with an entire wing of a hotel in Las Vegas in bad need of total renovation? Don’t just renovate…rebrand! And that’s what Caesars Palace did, and opened the Nobu Hotel, a hotel within the hotel, and one of the cooler boutique brands to open on the strip. It’s no surprise that they also have a restaurant. In fact, it’s the largest Nobu anywhere — and that’s where Peter Greenberg Worldwide broadcast from this week.

Guests include VegasChatter‘s Marc Meltzer, Director of the Center for Gaming Research David Schwartz, Robin Leach, and one of the hardest working firemen we know, Clark County Fire Chief Bertral T. Washington.
