While anything fried really shouldn’t on the menu when it comes to dieting, this dish, labeled as an individual appetizer, is surely the exception, it’s vegetables, right? Well, it turns out that is not the case. Coming in with a massive 900 calories, 65 grams of fat, and 1720 milligrams of sodium this “individual appetizer” accounts for nearly half of your daily calories, an entire days worth of fat, and more than two thirds of your daily sodium – I hope you didn’t plan on ordering an entrée!
