So why do hotels post fake reviews of themselves? According to a study from Cornell’s Center for Hospitality Research, a hotel can raise their rates by 11.2 percent if their score on a user-review site goes up by just one point.
This photo from the Holiday Inn on Wall Street in New York is a reminder of how precious real estate is in the city that never sleeps. The left image makes the gym appear as if it could be quite large, maybe even twice the size of what you may think.
