6. A Small Town Street in a Big Airport
Airports usually have a culture all their own, but the Korean Cultural Street at Incheon Airport in Seoul aims to be visitors first introduction to Korean culture. It’s traditional construction, including a giwa (tiled roof) house and a jeongja (pavilion). There are gardens a rest area, as well as traditional restaurants and shops. In addition, the airport brings cultural events, like classical chamber, to its street inside the terminal.
