Like a Local: Saint John & Peter’s Top 5 Activities on the Bay of Fundy

Don’t confuse Saint John in New Brunswick, Canada, with St. John’s in Newfoundland. Saint John is the largest city in the province, the oldest incorporated city in Canada and the only city on the Bay of Fundy.

The cruise industry originally put Saint John on the tourism map when they started docking here in 1989, but there is more to the city than the cruise experience.

This past weekend Peter headed to the city to sit down with local historians, musicians and chefs to hear about their favorite summer activities on and off the Bay of Fundy. Listen to their conversations on Tuesday in his Travel Today podcast.

Don’t just hear about what the locals are doing. Travel along with Peter in his Like a Local  video series. Watch as Peter shows you how to you can experience Saint John away from the cruise ship crowd and see the area…like a local.
